Reavis High School Class of 1967 - Reunions
Welcome to our class reunion page. Here you will find information about upcoming reunions as well as pictures from our past reunions.
Reunion Information
Our 45th Class Reunion is scheduled forJuly 2012. We are still working on the details and need everyone's input to make this the best reunion ever.
Event details: One of our fellow classmates suggested that instead of a 50's Grease party for our 45th, we wait until our 50th reunion for that theme. We will let our class decide. Some suggestions for our 45th are a Hollywood party, Beach party, 1890's party and a Pirate adventure? We will talk with everyone at all of our events and picnic in July 2009. Please let us know what theme you would like for our 45th.
MAY 2008 UPDATE.....
Hi Rams,
I want to thank several classmates for volunteering their time for the picnic in July 2009, the reunion cruise in 2010 and our reunion and events in 2012.
Sue Precin and Lynn Rosiniski volunteered to take charge of our picnic and reunion. They have more than 45 years experience between them and both have great connections in the Chicago area. Sue Precin was in charge of our very first reunion back in 1974. That was our 7th year reunion and I heard how much fun everyone had.
I had the pleasure working with Lynn Rosinski on our 40th reunion and she and I were responsible for all the special events. From the pizza party through the Taste of Chicago. We had a lounge party at the Sheraton Hotel and a tour of Reavis High School. Lynn Rosinski and Barb Mazur worked on our directory and program and a few of us helped assemble it. Lynn was great at locating classmates from past reunions.
We have a great group of volunteers and many of the hard workers from our last reunion have volunteered to help again with our picnic next year and our reunion in 2012. Kathy Johnson, Carole Turner, Don Lunt, Marcia (Vorisek) Lunt, Donna Schaefer, Linda Medina, Kathie Cagle, Kathy Collins, Warren Toosley and Nancy Swanson are just a few that have volunteered. Everyone from this group gets along very well and has a great time working together.
Rich Bouzek and Barb Mazur volunteered to take care of the music for our 45th reunion.
Carol Schaller is working hard with a friend to arrange our class cruise . They will do their best to get us the best price. We are planning this for 2010 and our class will choose when and where we go on the cruise.
Sue Sopiarz is heading up the Elvis convention in September and if you're interested or need more information please contact Sue Sopiarz.
Thanks Rams for staying in touch and may God be with you always.
