    Hi Rams:  :-)
We want to thank everyone that has contacted us by phone and/or e-mails the past few weeks.  We appreciate everyone that sent photos to the site along with your posts on the guest book and message boards.  Your support and friendship means a lot to all of us.
We want to thank those who are helping put together these events and please forgive us if we forget to add your name to the list.  Sue Precin, Lynn Rosinski, Mike Sarcinelli, Linda Medina, Kathy Johnson, Billy Mitchell and Mike Philipps.  Thanks also to all of you who have offered to help with our upcoming events.
Everyone is getting excited about getting together in July.  We want to share a few of the plans we are working on.  We have a Wild West themed weekend planned for July starting with a Wild West pizza party at Durbins on Thursday evening July 15th from 6.30 pm until 12.30 pm .  Alumni can come and go as they choose although many of us will be there for several hours.  If you can only join us for a short time or just want to drop by and say hello we will be more than happy to see you!.  Everyone will be responsible to pay for their own food and drinks and as always everyone is welcome to join us for all the events.
On Friday July 16th, we have a fun trip planned to the beautiful Four Winds Casino.  We will meet in Countryside IL  and be picked up by bus and taken to the "Wild Western" shores of Michigan for a great time!!.  The package cost will be $28.00 per person and that includes the round trip bus ride, $15 instant slot credit and a $10.00 food credit.  Most of us plan on enjoying the fantastic all-you-can-eat buffet.  The Lunch buffet will close at 3:00 pm so plan on eating shortly after we arrive.  We're looking forward to the bus ride as it will be just like taking high school field trip but on a much nicer bus with music and a bathroom!   For those of you who have expressed an interest in riding the bus, seating will be limited so it will be on a first come, first serve basis as we receive your payment. We need to give the bus company a definite number, so let us know as soon as possible and get your money in no later than June 5th.  Again we are trying to get this information out to everyone so if you want any of your friends to join us for this or any event, please pass this information on to them.
Our main event is the Annual Alumni Picnic, hosted by the class of 1967.  This Wild West themed picnic will be held on Saturday, July 17th at Lions Park in Willow Springs.  This is the same park we used last year and for those who missed it, you can look at the pictures on the Reavis website. The park has a covered pavillion and bathrooms.
The picnic will begin at 1:00 pm but some of us will be there early in the morning setting up for the picnic.  Rich Bouzek and Barb Mazur from Reavis Class of 1967 will be in charge of the music for the picnic.  We will have music, line dancing and a few games.  You can join in the fun or just sit back and relax, sharing memories with classmates and old friends.
The food will be catered Western Barbeque style with all the Fixin's, desserts and unlimited soft drinks and Root Beer Floats. Cost for the picnic is $18.00, Children $10.00  The park closes at dusk.
To finish out the weekend, join us on Sunday for brunch at Les Brothers.  They have an extensive menu and great food.  You may even want to continue with the Wild West theme and order a "Western Omelet"!!
We do not want anyone to be left out so please remember to share this invitation with all your friends from Reavis and don't take for granted that we have everyone's contact information.  As always, this invitation is extended to all Reavis alumni, irregardless of how long they attended Reavis or whether or not they graduated.  Please pass it on to everyone you know from Reavis.  Our goal will be, as always, to help everyone have a great time and please do not hesitate to contact us about any of the events.   See the above attachment for more information for the July events.
The alumni chat night on the Reavis alumni web site will begin on the first Wednesday of every month starting on May 5th.  This is a nice way of keeping in touch with everyone and having alumni ask questions and receive answers.  The link to the Reavis alumni web site is   Chat will begin at 7.00pm CST.  If you can only join us for a few minutes please stop by and say hello.
The class of 1970 has  their chat night every Tuesday starting at 7.00pm Reavis time. The link for the 1970 class chat is
